a. Third Party Service Providers and Suppliers
Love & Hutaff may share your personal information with third parties in connection with its third party service providers and suppliers necessary to maintain the site and perform other services for its customers. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
Love & Hutaff is committed to protecting the privacy of young children, and therefore does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information on the Site from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under the age of 13. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. In the event that Love & Hutaff discovers that personal information has been collected from a person under 13 years of age, without verified parental consent in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), Love & Hutaff will delete such information.
International Visitors
Please note the Site is directed and intended for the use of visitors residing in the United States and Canada. However, the Site may be accessed by visitors residing outside of the United States and Canada with the realization that we make no warranties that the Site is appropriate or available for use in countries outside of the United States and Canada (such as laws relating to default cookie settings).
